Frozen Blueberry Lemonade

Puree lemonade with fresh blueberries and mint to create this easy, refreshing summer slushie.

– 1.5 cups blueberries
– 1 cup lemonade
– 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, plus more for serving
– 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar

In a blender, puree the blueberries, lemonade, mint, confectioners’ sugar, and 3 cups ice until smooth.
Garnish with mint sprigs. Serve with Plink’s original ice!


Honeydew, Cucumber, and Mint Cooler

The cucumber adds a pleasing savory note that makes this drink utterly refreshing.

– 1 honeydew melon, peeled and chopped
– 1/4 English cucumber, chopped
– 1/4 English cucumber, thinly sliced
– 1 cup fresh mint leaves
– 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
– 1 lime, thinly sliced
– splash of gin (optional)

Puree the melon, chopped cucumber, and mint in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher. Add the lime juice and sliced cucumber. Chill for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours. Stir well before serving. Add a splash of gin, if desired. Garnish with lime slices. Serve with Plink’s lemon-lime flavoured ice!


Gingery Peach Cooler

This drink couldn’t be any easier — just combine ginger ale, peach nectar, and sliced peaches in a pitcher and serve over ice.

– 3 cups ginger ale
– 1/2 cup peach nectar
– 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
– 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

In a pitcher, combine the ginger ale, nectar, peaches, and ginger. Serve with Plink’s peach-flavoured ice!


Jalapeño-Lime Spritzer

A thinly sliced jalapeño lends an unexpectedly delicious spicy kick.

– 3 cups club soda
– 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
– 1/4 cup agave nectar
– 1 lime, thinly sliced
– 1 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced and seeded

In a pitcher, combine the soda, lime juice, nectar, lime, and jalapeño. Serve with Plink’s lemon-lime flavoured ice!


Pineapple, Lime, and Coconut Spritzer

You can make this tropical concoction up to 12 hours before. Just add club soda before serving for a fizzy boost.

– 3 cups pineapple juice
– 2 cups coconut water
– 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
– 2 cups club soda or sparkling water
– 1/2 pineapple, cored and cut into spears
– splash of rum (optional)

Combine the pineapple juice, coconut water, and lime juice in a large pitcher. Chill for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours. Just before serving, add the club soda. Add a splash of rum, if desired. Garnish with pineapple spear. Serve with Plink’s original ice!


Strawberry-Thyme Lemonade

Boil sugar, thyme, and water together to create a delicious syrup — it adds an herbaceous flavor to this fruity libation.

– 1 cup sugar
– 8 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for serving
– 2.5 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
– 1.5 cups fresh lemon juice
– splash of vodka (optional)

Combine the sugar, thyme, and 1 cup water in a small pot. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool and discard the thyme. Combine the thyme syrup with the strawberries, lemon juice, and 5 cups cold water in a large pitcher. Chill for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours. Add a splash of vodka, if desired.
